Review:One of my husband's and my favorites both before and after going vegan. They have a vegetarian menu (in the back of the regular one). Most items on the vegetarian menu are vegan. They have always been great about answering my questioning on ingredients.

Review:Has a vegetarian page which features 14 vegan appetizers and entrees. Several of the dishes on the lunch buffet are also always vegan. I never thought my boyfriend could ever try vietnamese crispy rolls, but their vegetarian version is fantastic! And we think their orange juice is freshly squeezed to order.

Name:Saran Foods
Location:5151 N. Lee Highway
Type of food:Indian
Price Range: Budget ($5 - $10 per meal)
Review:It's a hole in the wall family-run vegetarian Indian restaurant with no air conditioning (i.e. go for take out in the summertime!). But the food is excellent and it's really difficult to spend more than $10 a person, even with multiple appetizers! Most things are vegan but do keep an eye out for dairy products. They also serve three vegan desert snacks. It was a favorite of my meat-eating family long before my vegan boyfriend came onto the scene.
Thanks to Shannon.

Review:The $5 lunch buffet is great, and one side is usually entirely vegan (blue tags, and opposed to orange). They have tons of vegan dishes on the menu; my boyfriend's favorites being the vegetarian meatballs, and the sesame "chicken."

Type of food:Mexican
Price Range: Budget ($5 - $10 per meal)
Review:Their vegetarian menu has cheese on everything but they are really good about substituting items if asked. My husband and I order the 2 burrito special and ask them to replace the beef with beans and leave off the cheese. Very filling and good!

Name: Panda Garden
Type of food: Chinese
Price Range: The prices are the same as most every restaurant of the same type: anywhere from $1.00-$6.00or$7.00 depending on the size of portion or appetizer you choose.
Review: It is GREAT! They carry a traditional menu AND a separate vegetarian/vegan menu(on which everything is apparently vegan). They use no animal oils or fats in any of their cooking. On the vegetarian menu they offer the same items as what they offer on the regular menu + more. They offer all the regular dishes of chicken, beef, & seafood as "mock" chicken, beef, & seafood made from seitan & other ingredients, in addition to the tofu, veggies, etc. It is fantastic, the menu is very extensive & appealing to any fan of Chinese food. My dad is a meat-eater & loved the "mock" sesame chicken & "mock" beef & broccoli.(It is important to specify mock since they do carry both!)
