Sauté veggies until tender. Keep burner at medium heat then add wheat and water. Stir together ingredients until they are mixed evenly. Let simmer until wheat has become soft and chewy. Compliment with your own spices/flavors and there you have it! This process usually takes about 10-20 min. (depending on the veggies you choose to use), and serves 4 - 6 people.
