Cut your vegies up..try and leave the brocalli in as big of pieces as ya can..they cook better for some reason..they don't get soggy when they are bigger. Cut the carrots vertically (long strips makes em easier to handle). Get a wok or what ever kinda pan you are gonna use.. add some water and the vegies. DON'T add hot peppers or green onions yet. Steam vegies for about 5mins. then uncover add teriaki sauce, hot peppers and garlic. Let those cook for about 3mins. then add green onions. cook for about another 3mins and it's done. Put a little vegetable oil on after it's all done..it locks in all the flavors
Try and cook your rice before hand that way u can just eat it when stir fry is done that way your veggies don't get all nasty. Also don't rise the rice, you want rice that sticks together.. it tastes better and that's how you are supposed to eat it :) hehe. When done put rice on a plate and then spread your stir fry over it.
It's o' so tasty good.
