Mix in one bowl: soy flour, whole wheat flour, wheat germ, succanaut, salt, baking soda.
Mix in a saucepan or microwaveable bowl: maple syrup, 1/2 bag chocolate chips, vegetable oil, vanilla.
Heat until chocolate chips melt, and stir until smooth. Add chocolate mixture to the flour mixture, reserve about a cup.
Beat tofu and banana into reserved chocolate mixture. Tofu will remain slightly lumpy, don’t worry.
Mix it all together, and pour into 13x9in. pan sprayed with vegetable oil and sprinkle the rest of the choc. Chips on top.
Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes
