Teriayki Veggies in Spicy Rice

This is a dish I made with just a few alterations to make it vegan. We were going to use Worhtington Farms Tender Bits in but couldn't find them anywhere! Needless to say we were a bit unhappy, but we perservered.

Ingredients

Chop up veggies to suit your taste, any combination can be used, I used brocolli, carrots, yellow onion, green onions and snow peas. Marinate tender bits and veggies for 30 mins to 1 hour.

Cook rice as per directions and set aside. Stir-fry veggies and Tender Bits large veggies first then adding quicker cooking veggies as you go. Add teriayki sauce as you go, or untill you think you have enough. When veggies are as soft as you like, add rice. Liberally add stir-fry sauce as you combine the rice and the veggies.

Serve and eat.

Denise didn't find this sauce as spicy as I did, but it still is very tasty.
