Pre-heat oven to 400°
Take a couple pitas, place on cookie sheet. Spread sauce on them. Add the chopped onion and top with mozzarella.
Cook for 5 -7 minutes or until everyting is hot.
Slice and eat!
Note: Due to the small size of the pitas, you meat eaters can add meaty pieces to their pizzas if the want to. And, the vegans out there can add more veggies as well.
