This creation was a spur of the moment creation. We used a recipe from "The Uncheese Cookbook" by Joanne Stepaniak, a book I highly recommend you get if you want to try any cheezy creaations.
Mostarella Cheeze Sauce
Cheeze sauce: Place all the ingredients in a blender, and process until the oats are finely ground and the sauce is completely smooth. Pour into a small saucepan, and cook over medium heat until very thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Cover and set aside.
Slice the pepperoni as thinly as possible. Cover pizza crust with a layer of pizza sauce, making sure that it's not too thick. Arrange slices so that they cover the crust. Sprinkle onions over peperonni. Pour cheeze sauce over entire pizza, making sure all peperonni is covered.
If your crust is partially baked, cook pizza for 10 - 15 mins in a 425° oven. If your crust is raw, cook 25-30 mins in a 425° oven. Be sure to keep an eye on the pizza so you don't burn it.
